Our story
For over 35 years, BRIDGE has been supporting senior leaders from some of the largest brands develop the skills and mindsets they need to help their organisations grow and thrive.
BRIDGE was founded by two undergraduates at the University of Cambridge in 1990. They were focused on the future leaders that they and their fellow undergraduates wanted to become. They also wanted to open their hearts and minds to sides of life that most Cambridge graduates hadn’t encountered.
They asked their peers to get involved in changing the lives of children and young adults who were living on the edge of society. These experiences inspired many to lead powerfully and courageously. Since then BRIDGE has continued to find immersive and creative ways of helping transform the mindsets and behaviours of leaders. Our learning journeys are transformative and life-changing.
A key partnership for BRIDGE is The BRIDGE Institute, a charity which exists to take this work to the hardest places to solve seemingly impossible challenges.

Enabling systemic change
Most challenges these days are systemic in nature, meaning there is no singular root cause. This means that to create truly sustainable change, it’s essential to understand this complex system around us. Furthermore, it takes partnership - an ecosystem of people working together - to fundamentally solve challenges for the long term.
At BRIDGE, we partner with The BRIDGE Institute, an NGO, who - with their distinct approach to unlocking this ecosystem - tackles some of the world’s toughest challenges. We are uniquely positioned to access their approach and ecosystem, which enables us to create human centred systemic change for our clients

True to our origin story, the ‘frame breaking’ interventions we create are deeply immersive and result in extraordinary shifts in mindset. We don’t teach’ theory. Our award winning journeys are embedded in a leaders unique reality and disrupt their current patterns so that they develop radically new ways of being, which lead to lasting personal change.

Our depth of expertise in organisational psychology makes us well positioned in supporting senior leaders, with 45% of our programmes supporting executive level teams. These programmes take place worldwide, and unlike other consultancies, we are truly global. Our local consultants are based in every continent and understand the cultural nuances in which organisations practise.
