Organisations don’t transform, people do

Organisations don’t transform, people do.

Join us to explore the difference that makes the difference for successful organisational transformation.

Research shows that the majority of transformation efforts fail due to one significant oversight – not paying enough attention to the most critical aspect: the human dynamics.

Whilst transformation usually involves a significant overhaul of an organisation’s structure, operations or strategy, the difference that makes the difference is understanding how to attend to and influence what unfolds through your people.

Over the past 35 years at BRIDGE, we’ve found that lasting transformation is underpinned by four key levers, all of which centre on people. These levers help organisations move beyond short-term shifts to sustainable, systemic impact.

In this 90-minute virtual hangout, we’ll explore the four levers, considering what helps transformation thrive – and what quietly causes it to stall.

In the space together we will:

  • Explore the four levers of transformation

  • Share and learn from each other’s experience of large-scale transformation

  • Raise awareness of the part you have and can play in your organisation.

This hangout is designed for senior leaders and anyone committed to enabling transformation.
