Tim Littlehales

 


Image: Tim LittlehalesTim is the Managing Director of Bridge. Prior to joining Bridge, Tim was with Arthur Andersen for ten years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then worked on the consulting side. At Andersen’s he worked on a mixture of financial consulting projects and large systems integration and process re-engineering projects. On his journey he also took the Masters in Change at Surrey and is an accredited mediator with CEDR (Centre for Dispute Resolution).

His expertise lies in customer service. Tim likes to work with businesses at all levels: Strategic- helping the business define the culture change it wants; group - skills building and facilitating workshops; individual - 1:1 coaching.

He is a passionate believer that customer service is a key lever for increasing a business’s revenue and amplifying its brand. Finding that the relationship between many businesses and their customers is decidedly sub-optimal, to the detriment of both parties – ironic, he has set out to change this. It seems weird to him that something so rewarding as ‘being of service’ can be so hard to replicate in businesses.
