Sean Clemmit
Sean has enjoyed a diverse career in leadership and learning, working around the world and across cultures. His adaptable and engaging style has seen him deliver hundreds of dynamic workshops, keynotes and leading edge learning activities for a variety of public and private sector clients across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and the US since 1997.
A psychology graduate, his experience has included service as an Officer in the Royal Air Force, working as an Operations Manager for DHL in Saudi Arabia, leading a large team for Federal Express in Europe, managing his own learning and development consultancy in the UK and Australia, and writing and performing stand-up comedy.
As a learning and development professional he has consistently been able to achieve exceptional results with clients through his focus on grounding every learning experience in real, practical, useable approaches that help people get more from their lives – at work, at home and everywhere in between.
Sean’s ability to mix applied psychological content with brain-friendly delivery ensures every interaction is meaningful, relevant, engaging and memorable.
Sean has worked with diverse groups from undergraduate to Board level across most industry sectors. From enhancing leadership skills for a global investment bank in Singapore, to building innovation capability of a leading Sydney media planning agency, Sean is equally at home and delivers the same outstanding results.
