Poyee Dorrian
Poyee’s background is in enterprise effectiveness and organisational change management for top ten Fortune companies. She is a seasoned manager of culturally diverse and global teams and is a Six Sigma Black Belt who has led and managed projects in the areas of supply chain, finance and accounting, enterprise IT, customer relationship management (CRM) and vendor management.
In recent years, Poyee has entered the world of facilitation, coaching and training senior leaders.
Originally from Hong Kong, Poyee was educated in the US and China. She is currently living in Shanghai with her husband and two young children. She is passionate about coaching and developing leaders of the new millennium to live the spirit of authenticity, to lead with a sense of inter-connectedness and to build a presence in the global community with character, respect and integrity.
Poyee has an MBA from China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Science of Decision Information Sciences from University of Florida. She is a certified professional coach, trained and qualified in MBTI and a licensed trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
