Pete Green

 


Image: Pete GreenPete has been working as a consultant with Bridge since 2002.

He has over twenty years experience in business, nine of which were with Mars Inc. working across a variety of functions including sales and HR.

He has a reputation as a great group facilitator and coach and is passionate about organisational change through group and individual interventions.

Pete started coaching and facilitating when he was a consultant in the Organisational Effectiveness team at Mars. He now coaches and facilitates at all levels including Chief Executive, Director & Senior Partner. He has significant experience in leadership development and service culture work in blue chip companies within the private sector and also in the public sector.

Pete’s passions include his two sons, Nick and Rory, rugby coaching, salsa dancing, yoga, skiing and drumming. He is also learning to play guitar.

After leaving Mars he embarked on an MSc course in “Change Agent Skills and Strategies” at the University of Surrey. His first degree was in Psychology and Maths at Durham University. He has trained in Gestalt Coaching and Group Facilitation, Transactional Analysis (TA101), Psychosynthesis and Large Group Interventions (Bunker and Alban).
