Justin Wise
Justin is a consultant, facilitator and coach with Bridge. In addition to his work with Bridge, Justin has a coaching and organisational consulting practice which includes working with senior leaders at the European Space Agency. He also trains people to be professional coaches.
Justin has significant experience in helping people develop as leaders in their professional and personal lives. He is particularly interested in what it takes to be open, courageous and connected deeply with others in the midst of the challenges and possibilities of today's organisations. He is a skilled and sensitive coach, educator and facilitator of individual and group development.
Examples of Justin's work with Bridge includes
- Working in international settings with a wide range of senior leaders and board members of a global consumer products company, helping them to develop their capacity to serve each other and their customers responsively and creatively.
- Helping senior managers and staff in a major UK retailer to lead with integrity, support others in being at their best, and seize the opportunities presented by change.
- Working closely with high-potential leaders in a global food company in taking their next steps towards senior positions.
When he's not working, you'll find Justin with his family and three young children, teaching Jewish philosophy, writing, reading (prolifically), running, travelling, and soaking up in London's thrilling music, art, theatre, and cinema.
Justin holds an MSc in People and Organisation Development from The Roffey Park Institute / University of Sussex. He is certified as an ICF accredited Integral Coach with New Ventures West / James Flaherty in San Francisco, and a member of their faculty. He holds a Certificate in Group Process Consulting from the NTL Institute (USA), is a qualified NLP Trainer, and is certified in the MTBI and FIRO-B instruments. He also has a double-first BA (1992) and MA (1993) from Cambridge University and an MSc with Distinction from University College London (1994). He is a fellow of the RSA. Prior to working in this field he was the co-founder of an international, Queens Award winning software company.
