Gai Roper
Gai Roper has extensive practical experience in personal and group
behavioural change that has been applied in the areas of leadership
development, culture change, engagement and personal/team capability and
interpersonal skill development.
With 25 years training and experience in human potential as a senior course
leader, Gai specialises in vision and leadership, group dynamics & team
performance, learning and creativity and the development of service
attitudes.
Previously, as the Managing Director of a personal development organisation Gai researched, designed & led intensive personal transformational courses which ran from 10 days to 6 months in Australia and the USA. Over 5,000 people were directly trained and motivated by Gai to fundamentally change their lives, qualitatively and quantitatively. She supervised the training of a further 8,000 through an intensive teacher training & succession management programme. Gai translated this knowledge and experience into the corporate environment and for the past 10 years has been designing and delivering large scale culture change projects and executive leadership development programmes. Gai has a Master of Applied Science, majoring in Social Ecology (UWS), a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education (UTS) and is currently studying in a professional doctorate programme (DBA) at Southern Cross University.
