Felicia Lauw
Felicia has extensive operational and leadership experience at senior level in MNCs operating at global level. Prior to Bridge, Felicia has worked in Accenture, Cap Gemini and DBS Bank. With a initial discipline in Computer Science, she has, over the years learnt and blended instructional design with human performance intervention techniques like training, facilitation and coaching into her practical experience of managing global transformational program, setting up governance and supporting organisation for in-house talent development departments and growing and developing human talent intensive business in fast growing markets in Asia Pacific and China.
Experience
She specialises in designing and leading transformational people development programmes. Felicia has designed and implemented strategies and operating plans to help bring concepts to practical day to day operation. She has worked with consulting teams, bankers, retailers, manufacturing businesses and military personnel.

Cap Gemini, China
Felicia grew the technology consulting team from 50 to 200 people in 18 months. During this stage of growth, Felicia put in place a competency model, developed the associated training development plan. She ran the Train the Trainer programme to develop in house trainers to promote skill transfer and community building. Felicia also put together the one year training and coaching program for fresh graduates joining the consulting business.
UBS, Asia Pacific
Felicia supported UBS Asia Pacific in developing the business case for the Talent Development Centre for Wealth Managers in Asia. The business case included financial plans, as well as an operating plan that forms the foundation to start the building of the centre.
Other training design and facilitation experience:
Felicia had created numerous online training based on adult learning theory, instructional design principles coupled with different medias for different audience, from teaching soft skills such as customer service to practical and process based skills. The clients served are in healthcare, a global hyper market, financial institutes, the National Productivity Board of Singapore and the Singapore Armed Forces.
Personal
Felicia has been working in Asia Pacific, United States and France and lived and worked in Shanghai China and Hong Kong for the last six years. She has an eight year old daughter. She enjoys Yoga and reads whatever she can get her hands on during her free time.
Felicia graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelors in Computer Science and Information Systems. She is also a Certified Professional Coach and holds a Diploma in Chinese Translation. She is a Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
