Denise Wright , Singapore
Prior to entering the world of leadership development, Denise held Asia Pacific regional leadership roles in the areas of strategy, planning (marketing, brand and communications) and talent development (Coca Cola China Limited, Disney BVHE Asia Pacific and AC Nielsen China (1993-2000)). She has led and been an active member of several high performance teams and has worked in various fast paced, complex environments.
She has formally coached, mentored, facilitated and trained predominantly Asia based executives, teams and groups, at various levels of seniority, from diverse industry sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing, advertising, entertainment, oil, shipping, education and government. She has also contributed to the facilitation and coaching sector in Asia, training, mentoring and coaching many Asia based facilitators and coaches.
Denise has lived in Asia for the past 21 years. She is married with two boys.
Denise has been an ICF Singapore Executive Committee Member from 2004 to 2010 and the World Leadership Day Ambassador for Singapore from 2008 to 2010.
Denise is a certified coach (International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CCPC). She is also a CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) adjunct coach and facilitator and is accredited to administer MBTI Steps 1 & 2, MBTI for Teams, FIRO-B, Benchmarks 360, Executive Dimensions, Workplace Big 5, plus the CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership) suite of assessments.
