Danielle Marchant

 


As a consultant, executive coach and facilitator, Danielle has over fifteen years experience working in many top multinational organisations.  

Danielle began her career with Tesco initially as an HR professional where she qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Chosen in 2003 as one of a small number of internal coaches entrusted with the organisation’s customer and people strategy Danielle underwent an intensive six month training program.  

As an internal consultant Danielle’s role was to partner operations directors in identifying stores to undergo the program before leading them through an intense 28 week program of behavioural and operational change, leadership development and coaching.  The program won the Guardian / MCA award for best change project and achieved substantial improvements in customer and people KPI’s, and Danielle was recognised as one of its most successful internal consultants.

Since leaving Tesco in 2005 Danielle become a consultant with Bridge facilitating a number of high profile development events for clients including Cadbury, Unilever  and Fresh and Easy. She quickly developed a strong reputation as a facilitator combining her natural talents in development with the unique Bridge methodology.

Now serving a diverse range of clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan working with local teams in a range of local languages Danielle has been breaking new ground in this region and radically changing the face of organisational development in Asia.
