Cordelia Grant
Cordelia has 17 years of experience in business primarily in the HR, distribution and retail sectors.
While working with Bridge she has led, designed and delivered leadership programmes to senior managers and directors for organisations such as Unilever, Mars and Asda. Her programme leadership involves client consultation, team managing, resourcing and growing the partnerships within the organisations.
Prior to Bridge, Cordelia worked in trading, HR and customer service roles. She has implemented a UK-wide attendance policy and leadership development programme with the largest food retailer in the UK and delivered a company-wide cultural change programme. She also works for Bridge’s sister company, Coach in a Box and has to date been a personal coach to over 340 individual clients.
She is a qualified NLP Practitioner and has completed a 25 day coach training programme. She has also studied life coaching and is a Reiki Practitioner.
Outside of work, Cordelia is a mum to two daughters, enjoys horse riding, gardening, reading and is involved with various ventures at her daughter’s primary school.
