Carrie Heppner-Flack
Carrie has been an Associate with Bridge since 2002, working on projects including Tesco Living Service and M&S Leadership 4 programme. She has been a freelance coach and facilitator for ten years with extensive experience in leadership development and one to one coaching within the corporate, education and the third sectors. Her background also includes managing the UK office of an international personal development training company offering workshops and courses for the general public.
At the core of Carrie’s beliefs is the idea that people perform at their best when they are relaxed and able to be themselves. To that end Carrie encourages her clients to incorporate into their lives the things that are truly meaningful and fulfilling to them. She is known for her passion for the customer, empathy for the challenges of being a leader and applying a practical but effective approach for change.
Carrie is married, lives on the Isle of Wight and is very active in her role as a mother to her two young children and with a number of local children’s groups and charities she volunteers with. She has been a dedicated student of meditation and spirituality for many years, and enjoys tennis, swimming and the active social calendar that comes with living in one of the UK’s favourite holiday destinations!
She has qualified and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, holds a Masters Degree in Spiritual Science and has trained in the Co-Active Coaching approach.
