Anna Raverat
Anna has been a consultant since 2000. Previously, she was the Operations Director of a national youth development charity and directed an international youth at risk programme.
Her expertise lies in organisation development, leadership and team development. Anna is a strategic, creative and people-focused coach and organisation development consultant with 10 years experience designing and leading programmes in a wide range of sectors. She helps clients build greater self awareness, clearer focus and renewed motivation.
Examples of her work include:
- Working on the steering group of an anti-racism initiative which involved 9 countries and funded over 200 projects. Anna wrote the final report, directed a pan-European conference and helped the strategic partners develop their funding and exit strategies.
- Working with the Chief Executive of the largest UK sports charity, Anna designed and implemented an organisational development programme, which included a diagnosis of organisational needs, leadership and team coaching, recruitment and HR support.
- Supporting a global FMCG company in their corporate responsibility work over 3 years, Anna has sourced suitable partners and project managed the UK and Ireland’s role in a global online competition to change the game for women in sport.
Anna is qualified and trained in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and counselling and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a first degree in English literature from Cambridge University.
