Bridge designed the high potential programme to be built around the challenge of helping a group of inner city, disadvantaged women take an innovative recipe to market with the major supermarkets (through a community organisation.)

The senior leadership team helped them to develop their marketing strategy and generate revenue, without losing sight of the original purpose, which was helping disadvantaged women in the community.

Community & International Development

Many forward looking organisations have recognised that to enable their leaders to transition from business runners to business builders, they need to provide them critical experiences to build their breadth of experience, cultural sensitivities and ego maturity. In addition, these organisations also set out to make a strong and positive impact, whether through community development or international development, under the banner of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Bridge works with many companies to combine these two important objectives, through community development leadership programmes. We do this either at a local level or an international level through our third sector partners.
