Developing the Top Leaders to Enable a Transformation in Performance

Bridge are working with the board of an NHS trust, working with their Surgery Commercial Business Unit (SCBU), supporting the team to develop a more joined up, future‐facing leadership team, with a significant focus on how they think, act and work together in light of the competing demands of different areas of speciality under the surgery umbrella.

This has a particular emphasis on developing a more compelling vision for the whole of the SCBU over the next three years as well as understanding how to make the transition from being a team of individually focused leaders to becoming a leadership team across the entirety of the SCBU.
