Next Generation HR
The Next Generation Senior Leader Programme is a year-long development programme which brings together cohorts of the very best global HR directors and senior leaders in the profession. Its purpose is to help these individuals challenge and rethink how to help their organisations, both major private and public institutions, become truly sustainable. Each senior leader becomes part of an alumni whose aim is to shape the evolution of the profession in a direct way by helping evolve HR excellence in practice.
The programme is built on four principles:
Next Generation HR Content
An array of tools and ideas focusing on Next Generation HR capabilities. This includes input from current leaders in the field and specific input in areas such as how HR can add deep organisational insight, how to build future-fit cultures, and how as a senior HR leader one can maximise their personal impact at an organisational level.
Disruptive Experiences
Each senior leader is provided real and complex challenges to learn through the experience rather than the theory. For example, one cohort worked with a high profile government institution to apply deep organisational insight to the significant societal problem of helping ex-offenders achieve their potential in society.
Real Time Application
The ideas to enrich each leader’s HR strategy and enhance the capacity of their HR organisation to build long-term sustainable performance are applied in very specific and timely ways.
Embedded Learning and Support
Each leader is provided quality one-to-one coaching in addition to mentoring support from progressive senior HRDs from other organisations.
